If you signed up for a Reseller, VPS, Hybrid or Dedicated Server you will need to register nameservers. We will setup the nameservers on the server end but you need to go to your registrar and register the nameservers on your end. If you registered your domain with us, it is a very simple process and this guide will walk you through how to do that.

Step 1: Login to the Client Portal.

Step 2: Click on the "Domains" dropdown button followed by the "My Domains" link.

Step 3: Click the "Manage Domain" button for the domain you wish to modify.

Step 4: On this page you will see a row of tabs at the top. Click on the tab that says "Management Tools" followed by the "Register Nameservers" link.

Step 5: On the next page, it shows a couple options, the ability to register, modify or check the status of a nameserver. For these purposes you simply need to register the nameserver with the information we gave you. Put in the ns1 nameserver followed by the IP of the nameserver and click the "Save Changes" button. You will need to repeat this process for the ns2 nameserver.

Step 6: Once you've registered both nameservers you will need to go back to the Domain Details page and click on the "Nameservers" tab this time. Simply enter in your custom nameservers and click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom. Please allow up to 24 hours for you to see the DNS change take effect.

Step 7: Now that you have registered your nameservers, just click the "Nameservers" tab and change the nameservers of your domain and any other domain you are using to the nameservers you just registered.
